A mysterious boy made of burlap wanders the forest alone in search of buttons. He is merely a rumor to the people across the land of Fairdell, and is known as “Button Boy”. Nobody knows why he is searching for buttons or why he may need them, or if he's even real in the first place. Magic exists in this world, but there aren’t many humans who believe in it. This boy is forced to isolate himself from the humans of the land not only because they fear unnatural things, but for their protection as well. However, there is one stubborn little girl who is determined to become his friend.
